I think it's must have for all fresh juice fans! just look at my glass of juice! Yummy! It's very easy to assemble to my kitchenaid mixer and easy to use. I used oranges and it did a great job the pulp was very dry and I get all juice my oranges had! Now I will use it for all fruits and vegetables I think its value for money! P.S. very easy to clean with cleaning brush.When ordering, this gives the impression one is ordering a KITCHEN AIDE product.Yes. It fits, but it is not a kitchen aide.There are no pitchers to catch the juice/pulp. The juice was coming out where the pulp comes out. Once I figured it out. There's a piece of RUBBERthat doesn't attach where the pulp comes out. ? it was just a mess. I thought I'd save money and in the LONG RUN wound up w cut up apes that were not juiced and apple stuck in it. I'm disappointed.So here I sit. Brown apples still waiting on a new juicer.Made this purchase to make my own ginger immunity shots like the expensive ones from the grocery store. Grinded ip a pineapple and 3 whole ginger roots without hesitation. Easy to clean and I added some of the pulp to my chickens feed to boost their immune system as well. Winner winner Chickens got dinner.I like how easy it is to use and how well it works. I decided to get this KitchenAid-compatible attachment due to the expensive price of masticating juicers. I watched a video in YouTube who have me the idea of using this attachment for juicing using a KitchenAid.It is easy to clean, doesn't take too much space in my pantry, either.I really recommend it if you have a KitchenAid.I’ve had several juicers in the past and one of the main reasons I always give up and stop juicing is because it is such a hassle to clean the whole machine. The fact that there’s no motors or electric parts to this attachment makes cleaning stupid easy. I’ve had no issues juicing carrots, greens, ginger, apples etc. The only thing that would suck is if you want to make a large amount of juice at once it can take a while since it’s smaller but will certainly get the job done! 10/10 recommendUsed it once and it worked very well.Works great. Does a great job with juice making easy to cleanI have owned a kitchen aid mixer which has been a fixture in our kitchen countertop for at least 30 years and I have a lot of attachments, some have cracked and rendered useless due to age.We needed to juice celery, apples, etc. which the juicer attachment would not do. I used to chop the food, blenderize, pour and squeeze it on a strainer with a spoon. It was laborious.This product is so amazing that it is now permanently attached to the machine (except to wash of course). I have gotten rid of my old add-on juicer because of this. The juice is for my family members but the expelled material is excellent source of fiber and other nutrients, so try it for yourself - don’t throw it to waste.Just watch when you attach the juicer as the attachment indent on the shaft is a very shallow indent and the unit may to slip out like our first one did and it broke. We figured this was our fault so we then purchased another unit and i marked with a felt pen where the attaching thumb screw would rest on the shaft and drilled a series on holes going from 1/8" down to 1/16" to form a concave indent in the shaft for the thumbscrew to hold the unit in place. After doing this I must say that the unit works great and is very easy to clean, about 5 minutes maximum. We juice every day and have never had any problems with broccoli stalks, apple, carrots, ginger, cellery, pears, lemons and limes to name a few. Just cut the stringy item such as cellery to smaller portions and there is no clogging of the system. We would certainly highly recommend this juicer and the pulp/pomace is very dry so you know you are getting almost all of the juice from the fruit and vegetables. Just to update, did beet greens, stalks and beet root. Did a marvellous job on the beet stalks and greens no problem with them at all and of course a great job on the beet root. No jamming of the screen at all with the greens (leaves).My wife and just did 20lbs of tomatoes and I couldn’t believe how efficient it was. Make sure that when you set it up you line up the attachment properly and tighten the bolt like you would any other KitchenAid attachment. I had to clean it twice but it was quite easy. I also like the fact that it’s clear hard plastic so you know when it needs cleaning. Watch some videos to help you at first. I seldom give 5 star reviews, but this time I am. No plugs or outlet on the machine? How is someone suppose to use this machine without any plugs or straighforward instructions and it is not the machine to juice on its own. I totally misunderstood the purpose of this machine and will have to return it.The peel gets stuck in the filter making it impossible to do mare than a couple of tomatoes before you have to clean it.I’ve cleaned the filter screen many times and can’t get the tomato skin off of the metal mesh filter.Not impressed
