When I bought the Hurom here on Amazon a couple of months ago, I wasn't hoping for much and even anticipated problems based on John Kohler's YouTube videos and other reviews I've read. It came with Amazon's 90-day return policy, but I also added a 3-year protection plan to protect me JIC. I love the size of this juicer. It fits nicely under my overhead cabinets in my small kitchen. It's just me so I don't need large quantities of juice. I could batch-juice, but I'm not interested in that at this point. I now look forward to juicing everyday. I debated a long time between this and the Nama J2 but felt like I wouldn't juice as much with the Nama J2 because of its size and how cumbersome it would be to clean, especially the steel strainer. I know myself. I did convince a couple of people to get a Nama J2 because of its size and for health reasons. They love it.It takes less than 10 minutes to get 32 ounces give or take. The pulp is so dry it almost looks like the texture of cardboard. Excluding citrus juices, I use a sieve to filter out the pulp like Kohler and Fully Raw Kristina. After pressing out most of the pulp against the sieve, I was surprised there's only about a tablespoon of pulp left. I slice up 4 organic pre-cleaned celery sticks at a time into 1-inch pieces. Same with carrots but two at a time. Then 1 small cucumber, 1-inch piece of ginger, and a couple of apples. That way I can fit more in the container. Sometimes I add an orange to all that, sometimes mixed greens.. The directions say to mix the soft items with the hard. I refill the reservoir with remaining ingredients before it gets halfway down, refilling once or twice.Cleaning the Hurom H310A is not tedious like I thought it would be as I've had a juicer before. There are only 4 pieces to clean. I don't want to say it's a pleasure to clean, but it's close. The brush it came with is good for cleaning the 2-piece plastic strainer. I have a set of various-sized brushes for cleaning reusable straws and they work very well in the juicer's nooks and crannies. Of course, I clean the juicer as soon as I've finished juicing which makes it a cinch to clean with no scrubbing. So far I have no complaints. None. I'll update if I have any problems.UPDATE 12/20/24Still going strong with no problems whatsoever. It's still a pleasure to use and clean.
