It was pretty obvious that the juicer box had been opened in the past. Think it was a return, in any case it works well. No instructions included which would have been nice to know what the allen wrenches were for. Also, didn't know how unit came apart for use and cleaning. The 2 stainless steel "cups" that crush the fruit need to be lined up with notches to squeeze the juice out. So frustrating when trying to do -then to clean. Figured everything out evidently. Would have appreciated "open box" pricing since the styrofoam packing was broken at the top when box opened but the box did not show any damage, so had to have been opened in the past. I hate buying something NEW but can see it had been opened and use in the past.Advise-be honest with your customers. Do not recommend this sellerSuper easy to use and clean! Great juicer! I hope this will make me drink more juice, if this doesn't nothing else should lol. Please buy don't hesitate better than any other expensive 10 parts juicer.Juicing manuallyBulky and WAY taller than you're expecting. Very heavy, weighing 13 lbs. Sprays some juice out the sides. Difficult to clean. My recommendation? Find a different model, or the same design at a lower price.NOTE ... This does NOT come with fruit tongs or filter baggies, as the auction states. You get only the juicer machine.I had a very similar unit to this made with Masterclass branding. It lasted around a year before the joint at the handle cracked and broke ... unfortunately this shares the exact same design, so over time (1 year) it will likely end up bending and snapping with use. You can see my close up picture of the handle ... right where the silver meets the black part is a weak joint made with poured metal.Other than that, this is a rather inexpensively made unit with cheap metal and paint. Probably not worth the $90 it's priced at. (I paid $40 for my Masterclass unit, which looked exactly the same.) It sure is heavy ... overall, this weighs almost 14 lbs. It's bulky and you'll need a lot of counter space to place this on, including clearance above as the handle works in an up and down fashion. There really is no substitution for freshly squeezed orange juice in the morning. I learned from some of the world's best bars that having a machine like this and a basket of fruit makes the best drinks. Why use a Margarita mix when you can crush a couple limes with this? Add some freshly squeezed lime juice and Cuantro for a freshly made Margarita. Squeeze a fresh lemon to make a Sidecar, French 75, Whiskey Sour or Lemon Drop. The fresh squeezed juice makes all the difference in cocktails.I find that this crushes most of the juice out of a lemon half. It leaves the pulp and seeds behind in my experience. You can see how clear the lemon juice is in my photo ... minimal pulp or seeds. It takes a little elbow grease to pull the handle all the way down with orange halves, lemon or lime halves. The pressure needed to completely juice the citrus is great and you have to hold down the back of the unit while pulling the handle down.If you have a marble kitchen, be careful using this as it sprays droplets out the sides, which could etch marble due to the high acid in citrus. The same is true with pomegranates. They will spray droplets out from the sides which can stain. The pressing part is easy to clean ... it pops out and you rinse it off. The unit itself easily wipes down. The bolts are a bit wobbly..i tried to tighten them with the enclosed hex wrenches but did not get far as the bolt connection is on the cheap side. The juicer seems like down the road 6 months to a year, it will have problems. Despite the heavy weight, the quality is C+/B-.Bottom line is this looks super cool on a bar and does very well to make fresh juices for mixed drinks. I have seen less expensive units of the same quality. This won't be a family heirloom passed down ... but it will surely make your mixed drinks taste better and allows for a bit of showmanship for your party guests. Hope this review and my pictures helped you.We usually drink "not from concentrate" orange juice, and it's good. But it just doesn't compare with the juice I squeezed with this baby. This squeezer is heavy and solid. It's made to be used. You cut the orange in half, place it in the squeezer and pull the handle all the way down--voila! With really fleshy oranges, it can be hard to get the handle to go all the way down, but it is doable. With most oranges, the squeezer is so heavy that it is easy to pull the handle down. Usually one pull is enough, but you can readjust the orange and pull again to get more drops. I have an electric juicer that works similarly except that I need to press the orange hard against the spinning juicer for a while. This manual juicer is easier to use. There is one slight design flaw. The orange sits upside down on a funnel like piece that is in a stainless steal bowl. You can attach the bowl to the frame and the funnel to the bowl, but neither stays in place perfectly. You have to reattach them often after one or two pulls. It does not affect the juice at all, but the machine is a tad more cumbersomeI have a small little backyard tiki bar, so I go through mountains of citrus every week. I usually use the typical hand squeezer and call it a day, but this is not very convenient for larger grapefruits or oranges. This is where this beast of a squeezer comes in.The main takeaway is this, if your primary goal is squeeze a lot of fruit, this will work great. If this is something you expect to have on a bar top counter, its not the best choice. The Pros:* Lots of squeezing power.* Easy to operate, no guesswork here.* Its very likely to survive a fall, or even a tornado, it's built very sturdily. The Cons:* Unit arrived scratched. I dont mean, a scuff, I am talking, someone took a metal scrubbie to it.* No stabilizing mechanism, so the handle and joints wobble like an old mans knees. The Neutral:* This is taller and heavier than you are likely imagining, and due to that heft, its not easy to store away.Device does work well and extracts plenty of juice. It also will outlive most of humanity. Conclusion : Ne correspond pas à mes attentes je renvois.I bought this to sell lemonade at a couple festivals this summer and it paid itself off ten fold!!!Je fais de la limonade et c'est excellent. Il faut juste faire attention pour pas que le bras vous tombe sur la tête. ;-)Great product
