I have had problems with the $1,000 pellet press purchased from you. It seems that there are no instructions about maintenance or problems or settings of the wheel.Here are a few problems that cause the bearings in the wheel to burn out. I request that you supple another wheel under the warranty that you promised so I can actually use the pellet press. There is no instruction about cleaning the die nor the groves in the wheel. When the die clogs (every day) it stops the wheel causing the bearings to freeze. An obvious defect that your 2 page instruction sheet never mentions. When the wheel bearings freeze, they must be replaced or the wheel will not work making the pellet mill useless.Joe [email protected]
