It was a great way to get a fun treat for the kids that was also healthy and didn’t hurt their tummies. I ended up saving a lot of money by not having to purchase breakfast every morning and just making a fruit and yogurt smoothie to go. Definitely worth the money.Echoing other reviewers - you need a straw if you're going to use the blender to drink out of, the design of the cap doesn't really allow for sipping, which is how I prefer to drink my smoothies. On that note, it should come with a straw, a regular-run-of-the-mill straw isn't long enough, I ended up using the extra straw that came with my 42oz hydroflask. I also use a protein powder and it doesn't mix well. When I open the lid, I'm greeted with a poof of powder. I tried putting the powder in first, but then it doesn't mix in all the way, and I'm staying below the "max" line.It does hold a charge for a while, so that's nice, I don't have to plug it in all the time.
