This product was so so so dirty when it came in. Is scrubbed it until it was clean. Very disappointed with first opening of it.I purchased this blender for the convenient size and for my personal smoothies. When time to use it, I put all my ingredients in it and when I turn it on, the blade is turning, but not blending the ingredients. Very disappointed.This blender is cute, but disappointing. It was too weak for my needs. Ice and frozen fruit require lots of maneuvering to get the device to start, and smoothies have to be watered down beyond smoothie consistency. On the positive side, it's lightweight and easy to clean. I suppose this is fine if you're blending juice, but I do not recommend it for smoothies.I love this blender for mixing protein shakes and smoothies. It's compact and lightweight. It's great for travel. The battery life is awesome; I've used it several times and haven't had to recharge it yet. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because you can't (or at least the manual says you can't) put it in the dishwasher to clean. It does, however, come with a scrub sponge for hand washing. Overall, I'm happy with this product.If you do protein shakes or diets where you mix drinks these are perfect, I don't need to pull out my big blender for one small 8oz serving. It does crush ice well.I was excited to get this item. I love the pink color. But the blender worked as intended. Easy to assemble, wash and use. Charges fast as well
