I kind of feel sorry for the food that gets pushed into this juicer. It's demolished in very short order and very thoroughly separated into fluid and quite dry pulp. The input is larger enough for whole apples, and I can juice a big chunk of ginger and two whole apples in under a minute. There's also a really useful rinse capability, allowing you to flush the machine before cleaning. When it comes to cleaning it, it's clever design allows you to strip it down very quickly, it also cleans very quickly and has great ease of assembly. Results taste fresh, and clean, with no tainting that can occur if the food gets too hot.Special mention for the collector jug with the very clever lid that keeps hold of the froth without impeding the juice.Overall, a fantastic device, well worth investing in.
